Occupying an enviable site at Bukit Timah in Singapore, the 24-storey residential tower features 40 luxury residential apartments features with a large sky terrace for each apartment.  The overhanging balcony geometrically defines the facade and articulates the bay windows by creating deep-shadowed recesses.  The shadowboxes enliven the facades with contrasting tones expressing the individual floor plates.

The 24-storey tower clad in floor-to-ceiling glass windows of high transparency reinforced by clear glass frontages and a lattice of stainless steel mesh screen encloses the central stair core for a little shadow play.

The clean geometric volume of the balcony shadowboxes articulates on the building facade and attenuates physical separation.  The entire building block is a composition of randomness and regularity projecting a formal elegance and complexity of the architecture.  It is a bold and diplomatic, simultaneously interpreting gesture in its primacy.

Each apartment contains its own lift lobby to ensure the ultimate in privacy, while units consist an average of 150 to 300 sqm equipped with exclusive spatial arrangement  and open floor plans.
