E9AP was engaged by the client to design the this 4-storey warehouse/office. The site is located within an industrial district to the western side of Singapore island.

The 1^st to ^3rd storey of the building are used for warehouse storage and half of the 4^th storey is planned as office space. Mixture of metal corrugated panel sizes are used with combination of different colours, orientations and grove joints detailing to form the composition for the facade.
