Situated in a historic district, this unique shop house is a conservation building popularly known as Jinriksa, located at the v-shape road junction of Tanjong Pagar road and Neil road with an internal court yard. A new glass roof at the court yard has been incorporated to bring in light to the deep interior space.

The building was fully renovated and a new attic floor within the compliance of the conservation guideline. Careful attention was given to the fenestration detail to retain the original character of this building which was built in 1903.
